Ordering Seeds
- Prerequisite for despatch of WEL-seed samples from a WEL-Network Partner is a signed Version of the Standard Material Transfer Agreement (SMTA). The German version, available on this web-site has an explanatory function. Further information can be found under “SMTA Guidelines” (see below).
- After receipt of the SMTA, up to 50 seed accessions will be despatched. If enough seeds are not available, you will be informed accordingly.
- For ease of use, you may use the attached WORD document ´Seed Order /Saatgutbestellung´ and copy and paste the required accession from the PDF-document ´Saatgutakzessionen in der Genbank WEL´ . Please print and send these by mail, together with the signed SMTA.
- Per order, only accessions from one of the sample areas and from the WEL-partner responsible can be ordered (s. below). The first two letters of each seed accession in the WEL-Species Inventory (seed accessions in the WEL Gene Bank) refer to the sampling area in which the seeds were collected.
